WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped.
How quickly are packages delivered?
Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:
- Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
- Standard: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.
I LIVE IN PUERTO RICO. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
If you live in Puerto Rico, shipping is free. You will receive your order 2-3 days after it leaves our distribution center.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your gear will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
We’re unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.
CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
An online purchase can be returned to us by mail. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise. More information Here

If you are shipping with Canada Post you can track your order on the Canada Post website using the same reference number.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We cannot process exchanges by mail.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.
For Canada and the US we accept Visa Debit cards, and for the US only we accept Discover and JCB cards.
We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
You will be charged when we ship your order .We will update you with a shipping confirmation email at that time. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.
WHY DO I SEE TWO PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS ON MY CREDIT CARD?
Some U.S. orders are sent in multiple shipments—when this happens you may see two pre-authorizations on your credit card.
WHAT CURRENCY IS THE SITE IN?
All dollar amounts on the US/International website are presented in US currency.
